Will Chikezie repeat the awesome-ness that he was hiding until last week? Will David Archuleta remember his lyrics? Will David Cook play his guitar? Will Jason cut his hair? Will Carly wear sleeves? Will Paula be sober? Will Kristy Lee ever leave?

unfortunately, dave is right. carly didn't wear sleeves. yuck. but she sang a pretty song very prettily.
amanda overmyer = blah.
kristy lee = way better than i ever expected. i thought the judges were too harsh. she was very on pitch and her voice is quite nice.
archuleta = yeah yeah blah blah great zzzzzzz.
michael johns = the judges were too harsh again. he was better than usual and left me wanting more.
david cook = simon was right, he doesn't have the element of surprise which is his greatness any more. he needs to kick it up a notch.
brooke = meh.
syesha = lovely. she can do so much more, though.
castro = simon again was exactly right. his beauty and charm won me over but the song was goofy.
chickezie = good, but not as good as last week. gotta love him, though.
ramiele = she got the pimp spot but she's the one who will be gone this week. i don't think she has the fan base AND she's just so...okay.
overall, simon was right, they shouldn't have dragged the wonderfulness of the beatles out for a second night. we should have been able to remember the wonderfulness of last week without the taint of this week.
p.s. brooke is so gorgeous. damn, i wish i looked like her!
i forgot about amanda. nuff said.
Please, please send Kristy Lee home! All she can come up with is "I had fun with it," when being ripped by the judges.

Two weeks of the Beatles was not a good thing! Somethings you shouldn't mess with.
I have had enough of Amanda screaming everyweek. That's not singing! She was so full of herself tonight I made myself a snack instead of watching her. So I'm hoping she doesn't hang around much longer, because I don't need the extra snacks.

There are several opportunities for bottom three, but I think Amanda, Kristy, and Ramiele are there. Rami is probably going home, although I would prefer Amanda to be at LAX tomorrow night. I am really tired of her One Trick Ponly performances.
Oh man....David Archuleta is about to break the iTunes download Guinness world record of all time and forever! What a way to redeem yourself, kiddo!
By the way, drilleraa, I agree with you 100%. I chose the same bottom 3 with the same person going home. Even though I wish to goodness it will be Kristy. She has a fabulous voice, but she's not a good performer and her arrangements are icky.

Since season 4, the only person to be eliminated from the Pimp Spot was Anthony Fedorov, and even then there were only for people remaining (Carrie, Bo and Vonzell). Since then, the only other person to be in the bottom 3 after singing last was Blake.
Every other person who has gone last (and there have been 50 others through last week) has been safe.
And to add to Dave...
And up until Fedorov's dismissal in S4 F4, only the only other "technical" dismissal after going last was Clay in S2, but it was the finale, so it really didn't count.
Well, it certainly wouldn't hurt my feeling to see Ramiele stay and Amanda gone. Truly, Amanda has a very limited vocal range. There are times when she almost sounds monotone. I really don't think she could do a Janis Joplin song because she doesn't have the range for it.
I agree, Amanda was boring last night and I'm getting tired of her. Time to go back to her flatbed truck!! Hated her comments to the judges afterwards.
Best of the night was David A. I wasn't sure he was mature enough to overcome last week's disaster but he did in spades!! Great effort.
I think the judges were spectacularly unfair on Michael. I really enjoyed his performance last night and he has an amazing voice.
Chikezie was trying to capitalize on last week's success by doing, in my opinion, something similar, but it didn't work as well. He's still great though!
Brooke.. blah!! I have to say, she's beginning to get on my nerves.
David C is also becoming a one trick pony.
Jason of course was absolutely watchable but Paula was right about the way he sang the song.. it was so "sing songy" still love him!!
Kristy Lee was definitely better than last week.. hard not to be.. and if my husband's opinion of her is anything to go by she may stick around for a while longer!! At this stage, I think I'd rather see Amanda go before her.
Syesha was second best last night.. lovely job.
Rami... where the hell has her big voice gone????? She's just ho hum lately.
Oh, almost forgot Carly!! Hated her top in the worst way.. I wasn't hugely impressed with the song either.. it did nothing for me and her eyes are freakishly intense.. the tattoos don't bother me like they do some others (heck it's how she and her husband make their living) but as I've said before, there's something about her that bugs me. No question she has a fabulous voice but I dunno!!
And, the interchange between her and Simon was just plain weird as was Brooke's. Why don't they just take their criticism and leave it at that. A few of them are getting a bit cocky.
Hey Dave and Jen, I knew you'd know the answer, Thanks! Just check dialidol and, as usual, according to the MOE, anyone but David A. could go. The three on the bottom are Kristy, Amanda, and Chikezie. It must be hard going from bottom to top and then back to bottom again. I still would like Syesha to go but I don't think I'm going to get my wish. I think Kristy's safe because she always seems to be safe so we just may have seen the last of Amanda. We shall see.
I can't wait fo Jennifer to post her thoughts... I know I've said this before (as have MANY others), but I LOVE THIS BLOG!
Im getting tired of David A..He has become boring.....I really liked David A...I believe the best of the night...!!!!!Carly go home....not interesting....all in all it was a pretty boring night...except for dAVID COOK
