at least we don't have to register to vote...

It's midterm in the balloting and the Washington Post is sizing up the field of contenders, each with a Washington equivalent:

Paris = Secretary of State Condi Rice
Chris = Federal Reserve Chair Ben Bernanke
Katharine = Rep. Katherine Harris
Elliott = White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten
Taylor = Former President Bill Clinton

One's too perfect for the top job, one speaks in tongues we don't understand but we don't care. One we don't hear because we're too busy being mesmerized. One we have a crush on and wonder where he's been all of our lives.

And one has a destiny.

Very clever and worth the read.

Since "Slick Willie" has left office and the glare of the lime-light...ever wonder how many "indescretions" he's had now that nobody cares?

Roll on Taylor Hicks, roll on!!!

Great article Jennifer. Thanks for bringing to the blog. You really do a wonderful job.

At least Harris is not as gross as she was in 2000. At least I don't think so. She's finally learned the less is more makeup and hairspray lesson. Well, okay, she got a C-.
