the tarts are about to pop!...
I am recovering from a catastrophic computer failure. (And still awaiting word on whether my entire season of AI 7 - not to mention my iTunes library, all of my files and assorted other goodies - can be retrieved my from hard drive.) So this will pretty much be it for now.
Just a reminder: the American Idol Pop Tarts, err, I mean Top Ten Tarts, will start their tour on Tuesday, July 1 in Arizona. If anyone has tickets and wants to share their reviews with the rest of us, please feel free to contact me at xzasporated1 [at] gmail.com, or leave me a comment in this entry and email your review to that address, and I will happily upload it to the blog.
It was a great season, and as always, I thank all of you for your visits, your comments and sharing the season with me. Hard as it is to believe on this 80-degree day, but January will be here before we know it.
And of course I will be back in the fall, when it's time for David Cook's debut CD to drop.

Jennifer, I was wondering what happened. I hope you can retrieve all your files. I can't tell you how many people I've talked to the last few months that have been having computer problems. We've been having a lot of storms and have lost power and everytime that happens are computer gets messed up.
This was a great year and I appreciate all the work you have done to keep us informed on are Idols. I love your blog!

I'm going to the concert on July 18th..but the next day I'm off on vacation for a week. I'll let you know when I do my review.
I'm looking forward to reading the reviews. I'm cheap, so I won't be going. Besides, I'm going to Vegas and seeing Cher instead!
